Sales Lead Generation Specialist
Overview

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating leads to support Regional Sales Managers. The individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including marketing leads, internet research, and purchased contact lists.
Location: Lakewood, WA Facility
The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is expected to:
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Work with Regional Sales Managers and VP of Sales to develop and grow sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals
- Manage data for new and prospective customers in ACT, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
Required Experience:
- A proven track record of developing value added customer relationships
- Excellent client service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work
Technical Experience:
- Proficient in MS Office Products
- Experience with ACT or another CRM software package
Successful candidate must be able to:

Product Technician

Rather you’re applying to a company that is a leader in the polyurethane/polyurea spray and pour industry! We’re an established company with 40+ years of successful business relationships. We are seeking an Entry level person who is highly motivated, willing to travel and has a thirst for industry knowledge.
Location: Rowlett, TX Facility
Essential Functions:
Ensure the quality of product samples are reflective of the company’s standards prior to delivery
Perform accurate and timely record keeping of all logs and test data
Provide effective and appropriate technical support to co-workers and customers
Work closely with Assemblers, Technicians, Chemist, and QA, to provide new and reworked quality products
Conduct demonstrations and training for customers and staff
Accurately process transactions such as work orders, shipments, quotes, and technical requests.
Ensure proper materials, parts, tools, and supplies are readily available to perform departmental functions
Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards throughout department
Exercise discretion and judgment on technical practices when performing quality repairs on customer equipment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have strong mechanical aptitude. Persons without mechanical aptitude, need not apply.
Proven knowledge of proportioners and applicable parts
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written; in person, phone, and email)
Ability to build and manage ongoing relationships both internally and externally
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Natural tendencies to multi-task while maintaining a low stress level
Ability to become certified and operate and forklift
DOT Certification
Ability to wear a respirator and become respirator certified annually
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Previous experience working in mechanical assembly
Preferred experience with spray in bedliner applications, coatings and/or polyurethane foam.
Mental Effort:
Normal mental and visual attention along with part time concentrated attention and coordination.
Physical Requirements:
Use of hands and fingers up to 2/3 of time
Sit up to 1/3 of time
Stand and Walk up to 100% of time
Talk or hear 100% of time on the telephone and in person
Lifting up to 50lbs. regularly / Lifting up to 75 lbs. less than 1/3 of time.
