ENVELO-SEAL™ 0.5   SPRAY FOAM

Open Cell, ICC Class 1 Rated, Spray Foam Insulation. ENVELO-SEAL™ 0.5 water blown hybrid spray foam insulation  with a core density of 0.5 PCF at 2 inches (ASTM D1622) and aged R-Value of 3.7 at 1 inch thickness (ASTM C-518). ENVELO-SEAL™ 0.5 open cell spray foam expands approximately 140 times its original liquid volume to fill the entire wall cavity, sealing all voids and crevices. Outstanding, seamless air barrier. Improves indoor air quality and occupant comfort. Superior sound control, absorbs mid to high frequency sounds. ENVELO-SEAL™ 2.0 IB  SPRAY FOAM

Closed Cell, ICC Class 1, ignition barrier fire rated, spray foam insulation (ICC – AC 377 Appendix X compliant). Can be sprayed in attics or crawl spaces without an ignition barrier. ENVELO-SEAL™2.0 IB Spray Foam Insulation has a core density of 1.7 – 1.8 PCF (ASTM D1622).  and an aged R-Value of 6.62 at 1 inch / 26.5 at 4 inch thicknesses (ASTM C-518). Superior thermal and moisture management.  Seals gaps and crevices, to create a durable air barrier and vapor retarder. Improves structural integrity. ENVELO-SEAL™ 2.7 CL1 ROOFING SPRAY FOAM INSULATION

Closed Cell, ICC Class 1, spray foam roofing insulation. Provides a durable, seamless, waterproof roof system. Offers high compressive strengths, able to be walked on. Self flashing and adhering. No manually attached roof flashings or fasteners.  ENVELO-SEAL™ 2.7 CL1 has a core density of 2.7 PCF (ASTM D1622) and an aged R-Value of 6.64 at 1 inch thickness (ASTM C-518).  Reduces the roof’s life cycle costs by providing a low maintenance solution.     ECO-RISE™ 3.0 LB  CONCRETE SLAB JACKING & STABILIZATION POUR FOAM
Concrete slab jacking is one of the fastest growing markets in the construction industry. Specialized polyurethane pour foam is quickly becoming the product of choice for slab jacking and stabilization projects. Using our highly specialized system, polyurethane foam is injected into the void underneath the slab. As it expands, the void is filled , stabilizing the concrete and/or raising it back to it’s original position. SPI ENVELO-POUR™ CLOSED CELL 2 LB – 30 LB CUSTOM DENSITY POUR FOAM

SPI ENVELO-POUR™ is a two component, rigid polyurethane system for pour foam applications.  This foam is low viscosity and is specifically designed for pour operations to produce rigid foam for tooling, flotation, mold fabrication, void filling, slab and road jacking, as well as pole set in lieu of concrete.   This product has excellent processing characteristics., good dimensional stability and adhesion to substrate.  It can be custom formulated in densities ranging from 2.0 lb – 30.0 lb.  SPI ENVELO-POUR™ contains rapidly renewable resource components and recycled plastic materials, with no Ozone Depleting Blowing (ODP) agents or heavy metal catalysts.

 

SPI ENVELO-POUR™ SFC I 2.0 CG – COAST GUARD COMPLIANT FLOTATION POUR FOAM

SPI ENVELO-POUR™ SFC I 2.0 CG foam has met and passed Coast Guard requirement under 33 CFR 183.114. SPI ENVELO-POUR™ SFC I 2.0 CG is manufactured by Specialty Products, Inc. in accordance to License Agreement with Bayer Material Science LLC, this product was formerly manufactured by Bayer Material Science LLC as Proform SFC I 2.0 Pour.   Used for applications on dock or pier floats, bouys, internal boat or vessel flotation foam, or inside cavities where flotation foam is required to provide buoyancy.
